What we stand for:	Actions to support these aims:
SHARING
§ Exchange information, news, good practice, advice and ideas § Promote club events § Pool coaching and official resources wherever possible	§ Consider joint training at each other’s clubs § Build a Forum Coach/Official database to identify resources in the area § Encourage Coaches/Officials to work closer together eg through mentoring, coaching days, workshops
INFLUENCING
§ Be the ‘voice’ for athletics for the area where appropriate § Through our local representatives influence policy and strategy at Regional and National level	§ Appoint a representative to the Plymouth Sports Forum
DEVELOPING
§ Collectively, use and create opportunities to promote athletics in the area § Support individual clubs with their promotional initiatives § Support participation in national/international events eg travel costs and other expenses	§ Raise and distribute funds through staged events eg Hoe 10 § Create a Forum ‘flyer’ with details of local clubs, what they can offer etc etc etc
COMPETITION
§ Develop opportunities to access higher level competition for club athletes	§ Promote the Armada team and encourage greater participation by club athletes in SW League § Lobby for rule changes to provide more flexible pathways into competition
