medical benefits plus the amount of usage the quorum felt the facility would get
and the need for a water supply and disposal arrangements for the water and
storage of the bath. It was decided not to purchase the bath and for those
events that needed it one could be hired. Cheque sent to St John for their help
at the event is yet to be cashed.

funding for resurfacing the track and installation of Floodlights. Council to
submit bid for legacy funding by 9th June.
Devon County
T&F Champs: N Rowe thanked all attendees at the meeting for their hard work and he
thought that people from across the County were suitably impressed.
Congratulations were extended to all medal winners from Forum Club’s.
C.Carpenter felt that help from Devon Forum member clubs was limited which meant
long days for those that did come along to help.
Track and Field:
C Carpenter felt that their was no integration of athletes into PAC from
other Forum clubs as discussed at earlier meetings. He stated that there was
equipment available for use by all clubs at Brickfields. It was also pointed out
that the Forum had purchased some equipment particularly to support Road Races
and Sportshall events. S.Rose asked if it would be possible to make an inventory
of all these equipments. This will be carried out and a list circulated. M Erith
requested the use of some Sports Hall equipment.
