Steve Payne advised the meeting that a Plymouth Harriers member was proposing to start a Junior Section within Plymouth Harriers. Some club members were concerned on the safety aspects of running Juniors on the Roads from their HQ at Derriford. He was advised that the club will need a trained Child Protection Officer. It was suggested that the Juniors could link in with existing training at Brickfields. Steve Endacott said that Plymouth AC would welcome any one along to train and that this could be a step to forging the links previously discussed. Steve Payne will take info back to Plymouth Harriers.

Frank Elford advised that there would be no entries on the day for the Autumn Trail. This is the Devon County Off Road Championships and representatives were asked to encourage their members to tick the Devon entry box if they are eligible.

Paul Ross advised that he had written to recently held unpermitted events at Revelstoke, Portreeves Challenge and Bigbury Fun Run in the hope that future races would become permitted. It was noted that club athletes had taken part in these events.
