DEVON SPORTHALL LEAGUE WEBSITE - Fixtures and results
The Tamar Trotters Running Club have introduced Wednesday evening training sessions for any athlete aged between 8 years and 15 years. The sessions are run by UK Athletics qualified coaches and comprise specific training programmes aimed at developing athletic ability in a progressive and fun way in a safe environment.

Training takes place at the Saltash.net Community School, Saltash on Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Summer training uses the grass track at the rear of the school. Winter
training is held indoors in the sportshall Following initial training there will be opportunities to compete in road runs, Sportshall and cross-country competitions.
