Barbecue and games at the Saltash Rugby Club in the afternoon following the Plymouth Half Marathon
From 3:00 p.m. onwards
Barbecue food will cost 50p per item
Please bring a plate of food for the buffet

500m swim followed by a 5k run
Starts at Saltash Leisure Centre at 1:00 p.m.
Our club is responsible for organising this event. If you do not wish to take part please offer to help with marshalling etc.

A leisurely jog between several of the pubs in and around Saltash. Take in the lovely scenery as we canter from pub to pub whilst sampling a drink or two at each venue

Everyone should be involved by either running or helping at this event

An open meeting to discuss our Tuesday and Thursday training sessions. We need ideas, feedback and suggestions in order to improve these sessions and keep them interesting, fun and effective. Everyone is welcome. We would especially like input from current Group Leaders and anyone interested in becoming a Group Leader in the future.

In order to keep our Juniors' sessions safe, fun and interesting we need input from all coaches, parents and anyone else interested in this side of the club. This meeting is intended to discuss all aspects associated with our Tuesday night juniors' training sessions.

There will be a handicap race around the Magnificent 7 course on Saturday 26th September. This event is open to all club members and everyone will have a chance of winning the race. The slowest runner will start first at 11:00 a.m. and increasingly faster runners will start at timed intervals after that. There will be prizes for the first 10 runners to finish. Handicaps will be calculated from recent race performances or assessment of a runners predicted time as judged by a panel of experts! This should be a fun, social day for all

An entertaining evening at the China Fleet Country Club including Dinner and Disco. 

Tickets are priced at £25 each which includes a £5 subsidy for the first 100 tickets sold. Full price is £30 each
