Absolute Beginner’s Sessions

 

Specifically for people that would like to try running but are concerned about joining a Running Club

 

Benefits are as follows:

 

·        UK Athletics qualified coaches available for assessment and tuition.

·        No pressure as everyone will be new to the activity.

·        Time to develop stamina and strength

·        The opportunity to run with us on other training nights if you wish to take the sport further – but within your own timescales.

 

Running sessions will start on Friday evenings at

6 p.m. (to start running at 6:15 p.m.) at

Saltash Rugby Club, Moorlands Lane, Saltash.

 

Sessions will last no longer than one hour
