Benefits
are as follows:

UK Athletics qualified coaches
available for assessment and tuition.

No pressure as everyone will be new
to the activity.
·
Time to develop stamina and strength
·
The opportunity to run with us on
other training nights if you wish to take the sport further – but within your
own timescales.
Running
sessions will start on Friday evenings at
6
p.m. (to start running at 6:15 p.m.) at
Saltash
Rugby Club, Moorlands Lane, Saltash.
Sessions
will last no longer than one hour
