Get Fitter Faster

Circuit training classes take place every Friday evening 
at 7.00pm at Saltash Fire Station, Callington Road, Saltash

The cost is £1 per person with free tea, coffee or squash. 
(50% of profits will be donated to a local charity)

There are showers and changing facilities available at the fire station 
and classes are expected to last about 1 1/4 hours
